Join us for the Missouri Association for Pupil Transportation's (MOAPT) 61st Annual Conference and Trade Show! This event marks over six decades of collaboration, innovation, and growth in Missouri's student transportation industry. Since our first gathering in 1965, the conference has evolved into one of the nation's largest state student transportation trade shows.  We simply could not have done it without the support of amazing vendors like you!

Event Details:

• Conference: July 7 - 10, 2026 - University Plaza Hotel & Convention Center - 333 S. John Q Hammons Parkway, Springfield, MO

• Trade Show: Wednesday, July 8, 2026 - 3:00 PM  to 6:30 PM - Springfield Expo Center, 635 E. St. Louis Street, Springfield, MO

Trade Show Location & Shipping Update 

• This year’s Trade Show will be held at the Springfield Expo Center, across the street from University Plaza

• All shipping in/out is handled through University Plaza

• Vendors must pick up and return all shipments to and from University Plaza
