M.A.P.T. was organized in 1965 as a non-for profit 501c (6) association for pupil transportation professionals in the state of Missouri.  The Association Membership is composed of Pupil Transportation professionals such as: Superintendents, Transportation Directors, Managers, Supervisors, Trainers, Fleet Superiors, Maintenance technicians and more sharing a common goal of transporting the students of Missouri safely, effectively and consistently, ensuring they have access to their educational setting - "We Connect What Matters"


 

 

ELDT Delay

Larry Minor, FMCSA’s associate administrator for policy, announced ALL parts of the ELDT will be delay until Feb. 7, 2022.

Based on this, MAPT has canceled upcoming ELDT sessions scheduled for Liberty, Jackson and Springfield.

MAPT will be monitoring FMCSA for information on the delay, rulemaking and implementation.

As for what to do now. It is recommended school districts continue preparing for the implantation of the ELDT, 2022 will be here soon.

 MAPT will have more information on ELDT and training sessions at this summer’s conference which is scheduled for July 14th – 17th in Columbia Mo.
